 Tracked and recorded 14 aircraft data and records physically in logbooks, while also using
a computer data program to track thousands of hours of aircraft flights and work being
performed.
 Maintained 4 department programs that were utilized to ensure the safety and proper
tracking of the aircraft with a team of 12, managing records up to $800 million worth of
assets.

and Nalcomis OMA

Systems Administrator/Library Technician October 2017-December 2018

 Resolved trouble tickets for 250 users working with 78 computer systems.
 Maintained four domains to include troubleshooting, updating, user ability, and submitting
computers for repair.
 Acted as the Manager of a library of 786 work manuals, 78 computer systems and 250
user's access.
 Utilized daily to weekly phone meetings and customer support to fix administrative issues.

Configuration Management January 2018 – May 2020

 Managed records for 14 aircraft, ensuring all employees in the workplace fulfilled specific
duties to ensure a complete workload.
 Acted as the first point of contact for ensuring computer data was inputted and analyzed for
the engines installed on the aircraft.
 Analyzed system updates to ensure they were performing automatically, while also
screening signed off data to verify correctness and accuracy.
