* Proofs of instant growth on Billboard Charts after Restock.

* ODDINARY and Maxident being unavailable/unlisted from every store + STAYS' complaints
as the demand is not being met.
*Proofs of Maxident albums stocked in boxes and not put on shelves while being labeled as
“UNLISTED”
Upon further monitoring, the demand for Stray Kids and their potential to become a group
that upholds industry-standard longevity on charts is once again evident in the fact that
whenever there is a restock, their sales and chart performance see a large boost.

Thus we ask for adequate stock to not only be available in the week following the release,
but for it to be available at all times. Dedicated fans, and those interested in becoming fans
of Stray Kids, have shown their growing demand, we ask for it to be met accordingly in a bid
to not hinder your artist's growth and potential. We also ask for a real investment in Stray
Kids’ US promotion - for example RADIOPLAY & DIGITAL SINGLES - album availability on
SKZShop and other shops, to help them chart on the HOT100. We also ask for an official
distributor label in Europe ( for example Universal Music Group) and China to respond to the
high demand from European STAYS and Chinese STAYS, but also have a distribution deal
in response to their high popularity in the rest of the world's biggest music markets as well.
*Stray Kids' presence on main charts and YouTube within all of the world's biggest music
markets despite only having distribution in South Korea, the United States, and Japan.

1.2 Div1 Social Media Promotion and Spread of Information.

With a combined minimum of 66,700,000 (66,7M) followers across all platforms, we ask that
DIV1 use this to their advantage and make better use of all social media platforms where
promoting and spreading information are concerned. We would like to suggest possibly
pinning TikToks containing preorder and pre-save information to the page. Information would
reach a wider audience and this would act as a constant reminder should it be done on other
platforms, primarily on TikTok. This would not only help build more anticipation as more
people will be aware, but it will also help boost sales. TikTok as a platform is a fantastic tool
where promoting and spreading of information is concerned, thus we ask of Div1 to utilise it
to its full capacity for Stray Kids' benefit.

We also ask DIV1 to upload Stray Kids’ MVSon Facebook, views from Facebook now counts
towards Billboard Hot100.

1.3 Matters Regarding YouTube Views and Possible Flagging of Content

Again, we would like to address another issue which have been emerging from these past
comebacks. In fact, we, STAYS, have been carefully monitoring Stray Kids' music videos
views since Thunderous release and we have noticed large amounts of views being deleted
every comeback since, without proper reasoning.
We suspect the presence of “Kids” in their name to be the principal reason, especially after
kids content have been found as recommendations under Stray Kids’ music videos.

Therefore, we ask the company and Stray Kids’ management division, DIV1, to reach out to
Youtube about this issue and make sure that Stray Kids’ content is not flagged as Kids’s
content.

1.4 Concerns Regarding Verisimilar Sabbotage

We suspect Stray Kids of being a victim of targeted sabotage by competitors. Indeed, we

noted a clear mistreatment by their us label Republic Records committed to benefiting other
artists present under the same label (e.g. album storage problems that deny them for the
best selling artists of 2022 in the US) or the presence of numerous articles discrediting the
group's US completion accusing JYPE of using " certain ” methods.

1.5 Concerns Over Lack of Artists Protection Against Defamatory Spread of
Misinformation

Multiple members have been the targets of harassment and defamation, with accusations of
serious matters pertaining to assault, pedophilia and self-harming constantly circulating on
different platforms.
We desperately urge JYPE to protect their artists by taking legal action as they have
previously threatened to do. Fans in China have spent thousands of their hard-earned
money trying to remove malicious and defamatory comments and posts aimed towards Stray
Kids members Hwang Hyunjin and Lee Minho in particular, which is not their responsibility.
We, as international fans, are currently struggling to clear searches on Twitter as multiple
pages have been made specially to spread misinformation and label the aforementioned
member Hwang Hyunjin as a bully, abuser, and sexual abuser, thus tainting his name and
reputation.
*these are only a few among hundreds of accounts on different platforms spreading hate
towards the members

*messing up Hyunjin’s researches DAILY (for months now) on Twitter, which directly affects
his brand reputation.
*Recent instances where the members were stalked, found, and disrespected and to made
to feel uncomfortable in places they were supposed to have privacy and feel safe
*example of some accounts STAYS made to report defamation, harassment and other
hateful tweets or articles about Stray Kids’ members.
* proofs of STAYS mass emailing JYPE regarding members getting harassed and defamed

We ask that Div1 and JYPE's appropriate legal team start to monitor these occurrences
more closely and take the required legal action promptly, as empty threats are of no
assistance at all.

We hope the aforementioned matters will be rectified, or simply clarified, in a timely manner,
for the benefit of your artist, Stray Kids.

Regards,
STAY.
