Dear Horacio Salvatore,

Congratulations on your new assignment in Villahermosa. To help familiarize you with your new package in
Mexico, this document contains a summary of all of the key components of the package. In addition to the
information below, you can find more detailed information in the MCA Home Country Manual.

Cash Components:

Monthly base Salary: MXN 22,000.00

Flex: This is 10% of your base salary.

Geographical Coefficient in Villahermosa is 35%. The coefficient will be applied to the monthly base salary plus
flex, with a cap of MXN 25,000.00 per month for the sum of these two elements.
i.e. If the sum of your new monthly base salary plus flex exceeds the cap stablished, this cap will be the new
base for the calculation of your geographical coefficient amount. (MXN 25,000.00 * % of Geographical
Coefficient applicable)

Other Local Benefits:

Christmas Bonus: You will receive a payment of 48 days of Base salary + Flex per year. This payment is done in
December of each year. This is a taxable payment.

Vacation Days: They will be calculated according to the established in the MCA Home Country Manual.

Vacation Payment: After working for more than one year for Dowell Schlumberger de México, S.A. de C.V., you
would be entitled to receive vacation payment; you will receive 85% of your base salary + Flex of the vacation
days according to the Home Country Manual. This is a taxable payment.

Saving Fund – You will be eligible to participate in the SLB Saving Fund. Under this plan you will contribute with
10% of your base salary + Flex, and the Company will match 100% your contribution. Your contribution is capped
according to local fiscal regulation and the contribution period is from August to July. This is a non taxable
benefit.

Food Coupons – The Company provides food coupons with a value of MXN 2,200.00 per month which can be
used in supermarkets and afiliated places. This is a non taxable benefit.

Insurances

Major Medical Insurance and Dental Plan: You and your family (spouse and dependent children) will be provided
medical, dental and vision care coverage under the Local Medical plan provided by the company selected for
Schlumberger. For more details of the plan, please contact the local HR Department.

Life and Incapacity Insurances: will be provided under the Local Full details of the plan, please contact the local
HR Department.

Deferred Benefits

Pension Plan: You will be eligible to participate in the Mexico Pension Plan (Tu Plan), since the moment that you
count with an indeterminate contract in the company. Under this plan you can contribute between 1% and 10%
of your Base Salary (Flex), and the Company will match 50% of your contributions. For full details please refer to
the MCA Home Country Manual.

Discounted Stock Purchase Plan (DSPP): You will be eligible to participate in the DSPP, which can be joined in
June and December of each year. The plan enables staff to use up to 10% of their admissible compensation to
purchase Schlumberger shares with a 7.5% a discount of the published share price at a predefined date. Please
note that the benefit will be subject to taxation in accordance with local legislation.

Other Important Information

Med-Track/Vaccinations: Prior to arrival in your new location it is imperative that your Med-Track is up-to-date
and you have the necessary vaccinations.
