THBT we should adapt duterte’s act in combanting drugs

Background : we know drug’s bring bad effect for every think such as to our citizen who using drug’s
to generation and also to countries , and of course we must combanting and eradicate the drugs.
So many way to do that, but the world being shoke by act of duterte act in combanting drugs in
philipine.
He give instruction to kill all of dealer and user of drugs.
That not good sample as a leader state, killing people that not right way to solve some problem,
killing some one that not the simple things to do because so many people suffer of that act.
official since duterte become to be philipina’s presiden on June 30, 2016, Duterte has killed more
than 300 dealers, bookie and drug users in the Philippines. The number was believed to be higher
because there are several victims of police bullets unidentified.
Duterte to hold a contest in which will give the money to the bodies of drug crimes. As three million
pesos ($ 833 million) for every boss drug network, two million pesos ($ 555 million) for the
distributor of drugs, one million pesos ($ 277 million) for the unexpected member drug network and
50 thousand pesos (approximately USD 13.8 million) for each low-level drug dealer.

Definition : we must know about philipina’s condition killing of the crimes committed by the citizen
or the police struck the Philippines. Just killing some without the strong proof to get the money from
duterte’s contest.

Stance: we don’t want t adapt the duterte act in combanting drug’s. because that not decenty
humanity to do.
killing somebody to solve some problem that so much to do, but killing somebody that not simple
things we can do as we like it. So many people be suffer and revenge by family which we kill and that
not can to solve problem but increas the problem.

Goals : we want to expose and give awareness to government and citizen about duterte done we
can not to follow and adapt to do in ours country. Because we have right way to solve all of problem.
To solve the drugs problem without killing someone.

Mecanism : -the government prepare rehabilition place for junkie or user of drugs.
If a junkie get rehabilitasi and heal of junkie drugs and become the better person in the
future
Like a musisian of indonesia Opich in the past he is a junkie baut now he is a talent
musisian , whay it become ? because he is get rehabilition and can rise up of mistake
which his done in the past.
-and the government have prepare prison for dealer or seller of drugs.
If we kill all of person with drugs crime , so for what the using of prison , goverment role
- there is the roles to punish user or seller of drugs.
We can punish like exil to provinces.
Worst scanario : although this way cant to solve totality the drugs problem but this can decrease and
not increase the other problem.
Urgancy : why we can not to adapt what duterte done because so many impac, I will to tell you one
by one of that point:
1. In the line citizen: duterte make the contest to kill everybody with the drugs crime and give
the money to who killing the person with drugs crime. The citizen be lazy to work and look
for the easy way to get the money. the people can kill anyone without the clear proof to get
the money.
2. In the line of cociality: if we kill a father of someone how about the fate of his family who
can give them money , love and everything in the future, the duterte does not give the
compesasi to family who has killed because if we kill someone there is a effect to other
person.
3. Sociality down : if we kill a father of a child, we can not imagine what the child fellthe father
figur and beloved father was killed by drug case without strong proof. And the neighboor
abused the child because his father is a criminal.
4. We must also consider the psychological impact on the family of those killed, can give a
trauma and suffering caused mental stress and want to revenge who was kill them family.

Justification :
Why this can not to adapt ?
Because not in line with the role of PBB : criticism from human rights groups concerned world. Zeid
Raad Zeid al-Hussein as the UN Supreme Commissioner for Human Rights appeal to Duterte put an
end to this brutal act.
If this action will be continued population of citizen philipina’s wiil be reduce, that can be increase
with economic problem. Because the philipina’s is the developing country.
Will be conflict with other country like with america serikat, amerika have be angry to philipina
because they want not to stop this brutal act.
