From my own research, some aquatic pet shop gives their stocks little to no care. With this, the
fishes that customers buy won’t live to their full potential.
Our Solution
The Central Aquatics assure that the fishes we breed and sell are treated with utmost care
because the company believes that these living colors won’t be around in the future if we don’t
put any effort.

Market Size & Segments
The main target market of Central Aquatics are the people that’s interested with aquatic
creatures.
Segments
- We expect little to no customers from this segment. New keepers tend to go to the local fish
stores to buy their first fishes.
Veteran keepers
- They tend to buy fishes from independent breeders because they know the quality difference
between pet shops and independent breeders, and so we expect high sales from them.
Returning hobbyists
- These keepers also know the quality difference between pet shops and independent breeders
which is why we also expect high sales from these keepers.

Our Advantages
Besides high-quality healthy fishes, Central Aquatics gives its customers the option whether they
want us to take care of their fishes until a certain size/age is achieved or if they don’t have a spare
space to place their fishes. While doing so, we won’t change any style of raising a fish, their
fish/es will be in good hands.

Marketing Plan
Currently, Central Aquatics is planning to utilize social media as its strategy to get
customers. Central Aquatics will be using Facebook and YouTube.

Locations & Facilities
Currently, Central Aquatics is located at a house, with very minimal space, though we would
like to utilize every inch of the free space we are given. In the next 3 years, our goal is to have
our own space where we can expand our ability to produce more fishes.
Central Aquatics is in need of more breeding tanks and tubs. After doing computations,
these are the equipment and/or tools that we’ll need for the 1st year of our company.
By the end of the year, these are the expected equipment that Central Aquatics have.
