INTRODUCTION

Industrialization is the process of moving a country or region's economy away from a

reliance on agriculture and toward one that is driven by industry. This transition's key
element is the use of automated mass manufacturing techniques.

Economic development, a more effective division of labour, and a surge in

technological innovation are some of industrialization's benefits.

A human community transitions from an agrarian civilization to an industrial

society during a time of social and economic development known as industrialisation
(sometimes written industrialization). This entails a significant restructuring of an
economy with a manufacturing focus. In the past, industrialisation has been linked to
an expansion in industries that are heavily dependent on fossil fuels and emit pollution.
With an increased emphasis on environmentally friendly industrial practises and
sustainable development, industrialization is becoming more and more characterised

by technical leapfrogging and direct investments in more developed, cleaner

technology.

Employment, compensation, working conditions, trade unions, and industrial relations

are all covered under the diverse field of law known as labour law. In its broadest
sense, the phrase also refers to social security benefits and disability insurance. The
components of labour law are somewhat less uniform than the laws controlling a
specific legal relationship, in contrast to the laws of contract, tort, or property. Along
with the individual contractual relationships arising from the traditional employment
relationship, labour law also addresses the statutory requirements and collective
relationships that are becoming more significant in mass-production societies, the legal
relationships between organised economic interests and the state, and the various
rights and obligations relating to some types of social services.
