We cordially invite your company to be a part of the biggest Cricket Tournament in the tech
industry.

Cyber Clash ‘22 is an inter-company cricket tournament organized by Forrentech, with the
key purpose of promoting sports in the tech industry, catering to the interest of all cricket
lovers.
Hereby, participants will come from different companies from all around Pakistan, undesirous
to miss this opportunity to demonstrate their abilities.

Saturday- Sunday (6 pm – 11 pm)

The registration and entry fee submission procedure is mentioned on the next page. You are
requested to register your company latest by 10th Nov 2022. Please note that we will confirm
participation on a first come first serve basis. Therefore, we would advise you to register as
soon as possible.

Payment Proposal:

Sports Payment
Per Team 8000 PKR

•The schedule and rules of the competition will be communicated on 20th Nov 2022.
•All the participants should be enrolled on the company’s payroll and they must be
working currently in the company.
•National players (irrespective of being on the company’s payroll) are NOT allowed.
•You are required to bring a letter on the company’s letterhead stating the names of all
the players participating.
•Entries will be entertained on a first come first serve basis.
•Forrentech has the right to accept/reject any team.
•Forrentech holds the authority to disqualify any team during the event.
•Any outsider representing a company will result in disqualification.

Entry Fee Submission Procedure:

Please submit entry fee latest by 10th Nov 2022. You can use any of the following options to
submit your fee:

• Cash payment to our representative Usama Amir.

• Online transfer of funds directly to our bank account. (Account number will be provided
upon calling our representative).

General Rules & Regulations:

These guidelines are for your assistance. Please follow these rules to avoid any consequences:
•All teams are requested to respect the tech community.
•All teams are requested to respect the property and not cause harm to any item.

•All participants shall maintain a climate of mutual respect and dignity. Any remarks or
gestures during the event that degrade one’s beliefs, ethical or moral values shall not
be tolerated.
•All teams shall be on time for all events and all rounds. Tardiness shall not be tolerated. To
avoid being late, arrive at your respective field or court at least 30 minutes before your
match.
•Cyber Clash does not take the responsibility for any misconduct on any participant’s part.
All participants are responsible for their own actions and behaviours.
•All participants shall wear their name tags at all times for identification purposes. In case of
lost tags, new ones shall be issued at a fee.
•All decisions taken by the Cyber Clash host team will be final and not subject to change.

Note: The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Event Rules:

•All participants must bring their CNICs and company cards along with them.
•The referee’s call is the final call. Avoid arguments with referees and opposing teams.
Please uphold the spirit of sports and compete in a healthy manner.
•Arrive at least 30 minutes before match time so that delays are avoided. Know that event
heads will be very strict about this and may award walk-overs to the other team.
•Participants are advised to follow the moral and ethical code of conduct. Use of foul
language, fights and harassment of other participants is strictly prohibited. Cases of
offensive behaviour will result in expulsion from the event.
•Forrentech has the right to accept/reject any team.

Rules For Cricket:

• 8 players per team ( fielding would consists of 6 players)
• Matches will be of 4 overs per side (total 8 overs per match)
 • Limit will be of one over per bowler (1-1-1-1)
• Matches would be of Group stages ( total 2 groups)
• Top Two Teams from each group would qualify for the semis and finals
• Semis and Final would be knockout matches consisting of 5 overs per side (total 10
overs per match 1-1-1-1-1)

• All international rules apply ( byes, leg byes, waist height no balls, over-throws etc)
• Winning prize: 25k + Trophy
• Runners-Up: 15K+ Trophy
• Player of the tournament: 10K

Registration Procedure:

Registration for participants will be done through an entry form attached with this invitation,
at the end. You must add players in the list to register them. In case of any queries, feel free to
contact us.

Note: The representative of each team shall be held responsible for his/her team’s actions and
in case of any complaints, it is urged that only the representative of said team come and
discuss the complaint/issue with the organizing body.
