Subject: Request to provide the sample copies of invoices related to ITC availed
on the GST paid on purchase of motor vehicle -reg.

This office is enquiring an issue of ITC availment of GST paid on purchase of

motor vehicle and services of general insurance, servicing, repair and maintenance
related to motor vehicle by your Company/Firm which appears ineligible as per
Section 17(5) of the CGST Act, 2017.

2. On the above subject, it is requested to please provide the sample copies of

invoices related to ITC availed on the said issue along with relevant GST eturns
(GSTR-1M, GSTR-2A & GSTR-3B).

3. Therefore, you are requested to provide the details and documents related to
this matter.
