Subject: Special Drive Alert Notice regarding passing of inadmissible ITC by

Non-Existent taxpayers-reg.

On the basis of All India Special Drive against Fake GST Registrations this office
had initiated physical verification of the premises u1's 67 (1) of the cGST Act. During
the physical verification, it was found that there was no existence of such flrm at
registered address. Therefore, 13 nos. of taxpayers found to be non-existent firm.

1 Further, it is observed that 13 nos. of taxpayers has passed on Input Tax credit
to various taxpayers, who are substantial and transactions appears to be
suspicious/doubtful in nature. The details of the said beneficiary/recipient(s) are
attached as Aanerure-A to this letter.

2. In view of the above, it is requested to kindly initiate suitable action against the
benefrciary/recipient(s) falling under your jurisdiction as per law to safeguard the govt.
revenue. Action taken and recovery, if any, may be brought to the notice of this oflice.
