I am directed to enclose the copy of the Directorate of Estates, MoHUA OM No.

l801ll2l20l5-Pol.Ill dated 10.07 .2023 regarding revision of flat rate of licence fee for General Pool
Residential Accommodation (GPRA) throughout the country.

(2) The revised rates of licence fee would be effective from 01.07.2023

(3) All IA&AD offices are requested to ensure compliance of the Directorate of Estates OM

No. l80ll/2/201S-Pol.lII dated 10.07.2023 and accordingly revise the rates of recovery of licence
fee for the residential accommodation available in General Pool and also in Departmental Pool
throughout the country.
