ln terms of the approval of the Committee of Functional Directors of Coal lndia Ltd. in their 300th
meeting held on 10.02.2023 at CIL (HQ), Kolkata, the condition of payment of monthly monetary
compensation, in lieu of employment, to female dependent of Executives as well as Non-Executives shall
stand amended from "death due to mine accident, natural death or pennanent disablement" to "death or
pe rm a n ent disable me nt".

All other terms and conditions as laid down in Office Order No.: CIUC-58/JBCCI/Monthly
Monetary Compensation/Executivel2l2 dated 23.09.2020 & letter No.: CIUC-58/JBCCI-X1812 dated
31.07.2018, on the matter, shal! remain unaltered.
