1. Hard and soft tumlshlng


Had and soll lumishing allowance is curently paid to officeG in the designalion of GM and above.
This allowance is paid though SAP where in oflicers apply tor the reimbursement of lhe cost ol
household items on Employee Self Service Portal.

Now this allowance has b€en exlended lo lhe categodes tmm E0 and above. The rates for
difle.ent will be as under.

Necessary provision lor payment of hard and soli fumishing allowanc€ for all the catego es as
menlioned above will be made in SAP/Employee Sell Service Porlal. Conditions lor eligibility as
p€r the circular (2312019) of hald and soft lumishing allowance will be incorporaled in the SAP
workllow.

Asset Crea$on lo be done automatically in SAP at approver one level. For calculalion of the
enlitlemenl as well as ResidualValue, GST will be excluded, bolh althe lime ol sanction as well
as at lime ofcalcul€tion of Residual Value. Residual Value will be calculated on he basis of dale
of Puachase of each bill. At the lime ol Sanclion ol lhe 2nd time any residual Value from lhe
pu,chas€s made in lhe First Sanclion will be rccovercd. Residual Value has lo be deposited by lhe
Employee at lhe time of leavlng lhe organizalion. No oues Cedilicate will be issued only after
residual Value has b€en deposited by the employee. Residual Value will be calcllaied and No
Dues Cerlilicate will be issued by resp€clive HR lor Comorate Oflice / Field Unil.
