S.R.O.104.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President
hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ordnance Factories Group C and Group D Industrial Posts Recruitment
Rules, 1994 namely:-
1. Short title and commencemenl (l) These rules may be called the Ordnance Factories Group C and Group
- Rules, 2018
D Industrial Posts Recruitment (Amendment)
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ordnance Factories Group C and Group D Industrial Posts Recruitment Rules, 1994,
(l) for rule under heading "Number, -
classification and scale of pay" and the entries relating thereto, the following rule
heading and entries shall be substituted, namely :-
" Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of the said posts, their classification
and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to
these ruIe." ;
(2) in the Schedule to the Ordnance Factories Group C and Group D Industrial Posts Recruitment Rules, lgg4,
(a) against Serial number l, relating to the post of Master Craftman, -
-
(i) in column (4), for the heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall
be substituted, namely :

(ii) in column (12), for the words, letters and figures " pay scale of Rs. 1320-30-1560-EB -40-ZMO", the words,
letters, figures and braCkets "level 5 (Rs.29200-92300) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted. For the words,
letters and figures "the grade of Rs. 1320-30-1560-EB-40-2040", the words, letters, figures and brackets "level 5

(Rs.29200-923W) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted. For the words, letters and figures "grade of 1200-
1800", the words, letters, figures and brackets "level 4 (Rs.25500-81100) in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;
(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Highly skilled grade I workman,

(i) in column (4), for the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :

(ii) in column (12), for the words, letters and figures "pay scale of Rs. 1200-1800", the words, figures and
brackets "level4 (Rs.25500-81100) in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;
(c) against serial number 3, relating to the post of Highly skilled grade II workman,-

(i) in column (4), for the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :

(i) in column (4), for the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :

(ii) in column (12), for the words, letters and figures " pay scale of Rs.800-15-1010-EB-20-1150", the words,
figures,letters and brackets "level 1 (Rs.18000-56900) in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;
(e) against serial number 5, relating to the post of Semi-skilled workman,

(i) in column (4), for the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :

(ii) in column (12), for the words, letters and figures " the pay scale of Rs. 750-12-870-EB-14-g4A', the words,
figures, letters and brackets "level I (Rs.18000-56900) in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;
