INTRODUCTION

The market for fried chicken takeout has been experiencing notable growth rates over the past few years

and is expected to continue to grow significantly in the forecasted period from 2021 to 2028. The market

for fried chicken takeout is anticipated to experience further growth due to the increasing prevalence of

doorstep delivery services, which can be attributed to the rise of internet connectivity and phone-based

ordering. Additionally, the market has seen significant demand due to shifts in lifestyle and trends.

In the past, we have provided our services to over 50 fried chicken outlets throughout India. Drawing

1. Daily/weekly purchasing of chicken involves an unnecessary repeated

exercise of cleaning, washing, marinating and packaging; there must be
a monthly chicken purchasing for smooth operation

2. Frozen chicken taste better and juicier compared to fresh chicken in

fried chicken concept

2. Daily chicken rate fluctuations results in ambigous profit calculations

in the month end;

3. Maintaning fresh, cleaned, and marinated chicken is a time taking

job for both staff and the owner

4. Local chicken vendor can’t always provide uniform weight & size and

CHICKEN ZINGER PATTY
Zinger burgers are one of the hottest selling items in any fast food restau-
rant. We provide marinated chicken zinger patties of 55 - 60 gm/pc
consisting about 18 pcs/kg in a packet.

CHICKEN POPCORN
Chicken popcorn is all season product in every fried chicken outlet. But it
has to be prepared professionally to get the desired results. Our marinated
chicken popcorn is of a size 6-8gm/pc. We use chicken breast to cut the
popcorn pieces and strictly avoid any fat/chicken wastage in popcorn to
maintain the quality.

CHICKEN STRIPS
Chicken strips adds an extra boneless option to your menu. We have 2
flavour options for chicken strips i.e. spicy and lemon strips. One will get
21 pcs/packet chicken strips weighing about 40 - 45gm each.

READY TO COOK PATTIES

We just introduced ready to cook chicken patties which can be used in
different types of burgers. The crumb coated chicken patties weighs around
80gm/pc and vacuum packed for better shelf life.
