Our Burger Business Plan

We first began our business plan as a ways to profit from our passion and provide

others in town with a healthy and delicious burger to share.

The business will grow and for the better outcome of this business we will be taking

feedback from customers and studying how to improve the quality and taste of our

This business plan is created to secure financing in the amount of Р

600.00 which will cover the following costs:

● P 370.00 in capital
● P 230.00 in equipment

The loan will supplement the owner’s estimated equity investment of Php
600.00
and will be repaid in the beginning 1-2 weeks of selling the product. Funds will
play as crucial role in sustaining the business and maintaining the product quality
for selling by the beginning of selling and serving time.

Unforgettabites will serve a healthy delicious burger that is came and

recreated from a traditional to new recipe and has a like taste of a beef or pork
patty but created with vegetables with balanced spices to make sure that it is a
healthy delicious burger.

accurately and in a clean environment than our competitors. We will conduct all
our business affairs ethically and with the best service. We will continue to grow
and build our business for a better production and wide variety of menu.

Basic Product Description

● Burger with vegetable patties, created with vegetable patty ingredients

with buns and mayonnaise.

I created this brand name to promote my healthy burger because of its

very own unique ingredients and style of cooking. The name unforgettabites is
the combination of unforgettable and bites means in every bite you will remember
its unique taste.

The burger cartoon represents my product the buyer could also choose if
they want an extra topping for their burger like tomato, cheese and lettuce and it
will add in their payment.

Ingredients :

Bun
Potatoes
Carrots
Celery
Flour

Add ons : mayo or ketchup
1 cup of flour
1 egg
I cup of shredded potatoes
1 cup carrots
1 celery stick
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
Salt
Pepper

Procedures :

1. Washed the ingredients, potato, carrot, parsley and onion

2. Peel the potato, carrot and onion
3. Rub the potato and carrots into pieces in a grater
4. Chop the parsley and onion into small pieces
5. Combined the main ingredients and put a pinch of salt and pepper and let
it rest for 5 minutes

6. Prepare the powdered mixture, put a half cup of all purpose flour, ¼ of
cornstarch and a teaspoon of baking powder
7. Mixed the main ingredients and the dry ingredients
8. Scoop a half cup of the mixture and shape it into a flat circle
9. Preheat the oven to 10 minutes, and prepare the shaped mixture
10. Put it to the oven and baked for 30 minutes in 150 degree
11. After baking, assemble all the ingredients put the bottom part of bun and
orderly the lettuce, vegetable patty, tomato, onion and the mayo
12. Then serve while hot for a better taste

Unforgettabites created this brochure with the combination of primary colors red,

blue and yellow because we know that primary colors are always the need of the

people and we think that many people will be attracted to our product with the

presentation of our brochure. We came up with our tagline “ The Better Burger”

because we have the better burger, a healthy delicious burger with vegetable

ingredients to satisfy and benefit customers from their cravings.

We can’t deny the fact that burgers are one of the all time favorite foods of

people around the world. Sometimes we most visited burger restaurants for their

ultimate meaty made burgers, though burgers are delicious, there are many

effects of eating junk foods. With that I offer you a healthy burger creatively

unique and made with healthy and nutritious ingredients. In unforgettabites,

burgers patties are made with vegetables with a variety of flavors. The patties are

freshly baked to ensure that this is nutritiously made for consumers and we offer

quick services to fulfil the satisfaction of our dear customers.

provide. Also the Unforgettabites will provide a clean and healthy environment for the

cold and fresh air. To promote their product they will have their own website and create
