need to focus on diverse kind of employees as expanding rapidly opens a gap for new kinds of jobs as
well so they will have to focus on diverse kind of employees with diverse skillset and diverse experience
as well and they might have to hire people with less experience than their current employees. Secondly
they will have to be make changes in the salary or incentives policy as well, they might provide higher
starting salaries to attract users and much more competition between employees to get incentives like
bonuses. Lastly they may have to hire more managers and convert towards a relatively wider structure.

attract new employees quicker and faster.

ANS: Due to massive recruitments they might have to rely on faster and quicker forms of selections like
application forms and interview to quickly judge and hire the employees as it would be really difficult to
evaluate huge number of employees and following a relatively longer process will create delays in
expansion and it will also use a lot of company’s useful resources which they need for expansion. It will
also disrupt the focus of the organization as well.

ANS: Currently the company’s employees are in small number so it is easier for them to train employees
as they would have been getting individual attention. And as there are is a small number of employees,
company only focuses on hiring the best fits but due to massive hiring it might be possible that all the
employees are not the best fit and the newer employees will not be aware about the company’s norms

for. They will have to redesign their whole training program.
