General Conditions :-
Validity : 30 days from offer date and will be extend only upon our approval.
Delivery schedule : 8-10 Weeks from DWG approval or advance payment whichever the latest.
Payment : 50 % Advanced & 45% upon notification that the goods are ready for FAT.
Delivery : Our Factories in 10th of Ramadan City.
: In case the shipment is delayed or in the event that Client does not take delivery of the equipment as
soon as they have been placed at its disposal, for reasons not attributable to E-T, E-T shall arrange
storage, at the Client's own risks and expenses (1% Per week of storage of the value of stored equipment).
In such case a certificate of storage, either within E-T’s premises or that of an agreed third party shall
be issued in place of the delivery document for payment.
Sales Taxes : Offer excludes VAT or any other applicable taxes and stamp duties.
Warranty : One year from delivery date.
Note : If Payment in EGP, it will be according to bank exchanging rate.
(*) As a result of the Covid-19 Virus temporary delays in delivery from our suppliers may occur. Therefore, the
delivery date (mentioned above) is non-binding. The delivery is subject to the correct and punctual supply to
ourselves and may have to be postponed. Also, we have to reserve the right to partial delivery
