Creating a Desmos Drawing Using Conic Sections

General Description of Assignment

I would like for you to create a drawing using conic sections on Desmos to meet the A Level
requirements on the unit grading rubric. You can use other functions, but you must use the three
conic sections that you learned in unit SO7. This is a great opportunity to review what you have
learned this year. You can review finalists from a Desmos completion​ here​ to get some ideas. I
am sure you know to make sure that your design and work is all done by you and do not take
equations from other drawings. .

Project Requirements
(1) Create a drawing that uses a minimum of the four conic sections (You can use as many
functions as you need to and can include all the functions you learned about this year).
(2) Your drawing needs to be in color and be something that we can post on the course
page to help decorate a bit.
(3) Share your drawing on the course page discussion and include a paragraph describing
how you created the image. Explain why you used the domain and range restrictions
that you used, what was easy, what was difficult, and how you overcome any challenges
in completing the project.
