My name is Maxim Blokhin, I am 27 years old, I am from Odessa and I am a Project Manager with a legal
background.

At the beginning of my career path, I was involved in the insurance industry, as it was a family business, and
I had to perform various functions - from an assistant director of an insurance company to an insurance
agent.

I am a lawyer by education, I have two diplomas with honors. Also, at the moment I am a post-graduate
student of the last year, I have experience in teaching legal disciplines (including IT law) at the Law Academy
in two languages (Ukrainian and English). I plan to defend my doctoral dissertation in the field of IT law next
year.

For several years, I managed to work in top-level law firms in Ukraine, according to official ratings, I also
worked for foreign law firms. Mainly, I worked with corporate and commercial law. In this firms I worked
with clients from absolutely all over the world, and with a wide variety of types of business.

Throughout my career path, I also had the opportunity to perform managerial functions, officially combining
them with the position of a lawyer in various companies. This type of work has always attracted me, and
positive feedback from the employer has always given me an understanding that I am moving in the right
direction.

Therefore, after the beginning of the war in Ukraine and the collapse of business in the country (which I
served as a corporate lawyer), I had to adapt to the conditions of the labor market, and as part of continuing
my career in IT, I chose the position of a project manager, since in this direction I will be able to realize my
potential to the maximum by bringing many useful ideas and solutions to the company, as well as achieve
my own realization.

At the moment I have experience as a manager in the field of FinTech, as well as in the field of full-range
corporate services, and I want to further expand and replenish it.
