To conclude, we talked in this project about the great leader “Yousef

Abdullah Al-Bassam” and we described everything about his leadership

ways and styles. Our main points that we discussed were:

- The skills and experience that he has in leading

- His personality traits
- The leadership style he used
- The motivational theories that the leader is using to enhance
performance
- The culture he belongs to and the company he works in

So at the end, we talked about everything our own leader uses in his
leading style. But that does not apply to all leaders because every
leader has his own unique way in leading, and so does our leader.
