Lubricating station

The thin oil lubricating station is the heart of the thin oil circulation lubrication
system, which is used to forcibly press the lubricating oil to the friction parts of the
machine. The thin oil station is mainly used in the centralized lubrication system of
the dynamic and static pressure of metallurgy, mining, cement and other mechanical
equipment or sliding shoe bearings, and is usually installed in the underground oil
depot or pit near the machine.
The thin oil lubricating station is composed of oil tank, oil pump device, filter (dual
cylinder mesh filter and magnetic filter), shell and tube oil cooler, electric control
box, instrument panel, pipeline, valve and so on. When working, the oil is sucked out
from the oil tank by the gear pump, and sent directly to the lubricating part of the
equipment through the one-way valve, the double-tube mesh oil filter, and the
tubular oil cooler, so that the relative moving parts are lubricated and brought The
metal particles worn during the movement pass through the magnetic filter to
remove the magnetic iron filings and abrasives, and return to the oil tank to form a
thin oil circulation lubrication system. The maximum working pressure of the oil
station is 0.4MPa, and the minimum working pressure is 0.15MPa. According to the
requirements of the lubricating parts, the working pressure is determined by
adjusting the safety valve. When the working pressure of the oil station exceeds the
setting pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve will automatically open, and the
excess oil will flow back to the oil tank.
The electric control box of the thin oil lubricating station can be controlled by
ordinary relay elements or by PLC, and can also be equipped with DCS control
interface.
