Applications are invited from the 2nd yr, 3rd yr. 4th yr and final yr girl students of OUTR for allotment of
seats in ladies hostels (KCHR & KHR). Application form duly forwarded by the Heads of the
concerned Departments along with mark sheets containing CGPA of all previous semesters and
any other relevant document must reach the office of the Warden, LH, latest by 5.00 P.M, 29 th
July 2022, failing which no further claim will be entertained.

The allotment will purely be based on merit and as per the actual availability of seat at the time of
allotment.
