Responsibilities at VEM Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

a. Working with manual and semi-automatic welding robotic welding equipment to fuse
metal pieces using processes such as
• Gas tungsten arc (TIG or GTAW),
• Arc welding (AW).
• Gas metal arc (MIG or GMAW),
b. Analyze defective equipment’ s and identify appropriate defective equipment’ s and
inform supervisors.
c. Monitor all welding processes and ensure absence of any shrinkage and distortion to
materials.
d. Ensure clean weld joint to obtain smooth look.
 e. Operate various manual and automated welding equipment’ s for Welding work.

f. Analyze speed and length of welding ARC for all welding process.
