Dear Ma’am:

We. Aiza C. Mercader (Legal Officer), John Ray Collantes (Engineer), Giezl Estabillo
(Processor), Revegen Lauzon (ESS) and Gina Goyena (Documentor), are the Field Validation
Team-12 of the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Catarman, Northern Samar
will conduct validation on the lands awarded to the farmer beneficiaries whose names appeared
in the Collective Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CCLOA). We were tasked by our DAR
Regional Director to document the title holders for the parcelization process of the said CCLOA.

Attached hereto are the list of the landholdings where the validation and documentation
will be conducted.

We are hoping for the cooperation of the beneficiaries so that our team may be able to
document and proceed with the validation under your Municipality with the assistance of the its
Barangay Officials and Personnel.
