Your Midterm Assessment results

The Midterm Assessment is intended to give you an indication of how
you are doing so far in your courses. For each course, you will receive
one of the following notices:
1 = You are currently passing the course
2 = You are at risk of failing the course
3 = You are currently failing the course
4 = Not available

You can access your Midterm Assessment results:

Log into your Omnivox Portal
Omnivox Website Omnivox App
Go to Omnivox Services Go to Omnivox WEB Services
Click on Léa: The Omnivox Click on Léa
Classroom
Go to the Grades tab to find Midterm Summary, which is where
you’ll find your Midterm Assessment results.

To end the semester in good academic standing (and avoid academic

probation), you must:
• Pass more than 50% of the courses in which you are registered AND
• Pass a minimum of 50% of the program-specific courses in which
you are registered
Note also that if you fail a program-specific course for a third time, you
will be required to leave your program.

If you have questions about your academic status or concerns about

how you are doing academically, you are advised to:
• Speak to your teacher(s)
• Use College resources (see the list at the end of this document)
• MIO a Student Success Advisor: Elizabeth Kafenzakis, Liliana
Lariccia, or Ourania Zafiri
