    Ranking-Promotion system.

    New staff start off as “Intern”. In order to get this rank, they will need to pass a tryout.
    Tryout will include: WPM TEST, OUTSIDE REPORT, DEFENSE TRAINING, TEST
    QUESTIONS.

    Intern-JR Reporter
    Pass a training with these topics.
    INTERVIEW, INSIDE NEWS REPORT, DRIVING TEST.

    In order to get JR Reporter-Reporter or Reporter-Senior Reporter, you will need to prove


    to Supervising Reporter+ you deserve it. Below are some ways to acquire Rep-SrRep
    GOOD ARTICLE, RESPECT TO HICOMM, HELP FELLOW MEMBERS, GOOD REPORT,
    FORMERLY ASKING TO BE PROMOTED.

    CBN TRYOUT PROCEDURE

    Introduction
    Hello, my name is ________
    You will address me by ________ and only ________.
    Start the tryout and :slock the server.
    First Task:
    To determine how fast the trainees can type, you will ask them to count to thirty as fast as they
    can without grammatical errors. Tell them to ignore any hashtags and continue if they make a
    mistake. If they make five mistakes during this task, they will get a warning. (Mistake: typing too
    slow, grammar error)
    Tell the trainees to form a line behind you or get in a car. Walk/Drive them to the office.
    Take them inside to the small/big classroom depending on the amount of people.
    Second Task:
    Now the trainees will be answering questions.
    Define a Camera
    Define a Microphone
    Why would you like to join CBN?
    Why should we pick you over other people?
    Third Task:
    Outside Report.
    Now, fly over to the gas station or the farm. Bring all of the trainees. Give all the trainees
    a camera. Make up a situation that the trainees will make a report about.
    Include date, time, key details of the incident. Get trainees in groups of two and have them
    two-at-a-time make a report with one person as the cameraman, and one person as the
    reporter. Switch these people every time the trainee finishes their report.
    Fly over to the bank replica. Bring all of the trainees.
    Fourth Task:
    Defense training.
    Get someone to fake rob the bank. Have the reporters follow rules and not get killed during the
    robbery.
    Obey all commands
    Don’t try to defend yourself
    Once the robber is out, bring everyone back to pads. Announce who passed!
