Form works:
steel form work consists of 5
parts called:
• Ties.
• Hangers.
• Anchors.

components.
Anchor: The form anchor is a device used to fix the form to the
Props: Vertical supports under the formwork it carries a load of shuttering and other
loads.
Spacer: maintains the required distance between the vertical shuttering and the steel
bars.

Slaps:
Flat slap:
Use flat slap due to Flexibility in room layout and Partition walls can be placed
anywhere. Offers a variety of room layouts. Reinforcement placement is easier than
other types of slaps and also the reinforcement detailing of the flat slab is simple.
The Framework installation is easier. the Foundation loads will decrease due to
thickness. And it is Less construction time
Stages of construction:
first stage installation of form works after that put the reinforcement then electrical
pipes after that pouring concrete mix with precisions.

Stairs:
The first stage of installing the precast stairs is to prepare the land and connect it in
the core, after that the steps of the stairs are placed by crane from the top to the
bottom if the ladder steps are higher than the height of the access hole if excavation
is done That difference from the height in the land to equal the difference, and if it is
the opposite, a plastic piece resembling is added below and between the steps of the
ladder.

Column:
A reinforced concrete column is a structural member designed to carry compressive
loads, composed of concrete with an embedded steel frame to provide reinforcement.
For design purposes, the columns are separated into two categories: short columns and
slender columns.
Constructing RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) Column involves following four
stages of works -

conclusion:
In conclusion that training with a large company like Orascom is such a great
experience for any engineer. In this training we know more about slaps, column,
foundations, cores and precast stairs. Know about construction steps for every part.
