CERTIFICATE OF ABSENCE OF DRUG PERSONALITIES AFTER CLEARING THE DRUG-AFFECTED

BARANGAY

We, the barangay officials and members of BADAC and Committee on Operations of BADAC of
Barangay Blaan, Malungon, Region XII, all of legal age, and residents of Barangay Blaan certify and state
under oath the following based on our personal knowledge or observation:

1. That our barangay has completed the phases of operation in barangay drug clearing program
from November 2019 to January 2020;

2. That all drug pushers and drug protector in our BADAC list, PNP and PDEA watch list residing
in the barangay have been accounted and/or are no longer selling illegal drugs or protecting illegal drug
activities in the barangay for more than six (6) months now. The action taken and updates of our
monitoring on them are as follows:

4. That we undertake to continuously monitor identified drug personalities and report

the same, including newly identified drug pusher, if any, and/or those identified drug pushers
and users who transferred residence during the conduct of BDCO, to the local PNP and PDEA,
and CADAC.
5. That we undertake to submit our monitoring report in our BADAC report on them
every two-month period from the time our barangay was declared DRUG FREE, or as may be
directed by the Oversight Committee.
6. We executed this certification to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing and serve as
our voluntary undertaking.
