your immune response to perceive and fight with diseases. The purpose of the report is to
critically assess the implementation of chosen policy in the context of healthcare management.
The chosen policy is compulsory biodefence vaccination and this policy aims to ensure the safety
of both patients and health care workers. The study tells that vaccinating healthcare workers
should be compulsory important, particularly for those staff who deals with high-risk diseased
patients.

Factors contributing to the successful implementation of policy into practice 400


According to…… in health care providing places, it has been analyzed that stakeholders are not
involved and engaged towards the successful implementation of policy. Thus, they need to have
more involvement in the implementation of biodefence vaccine policy practices, which can help

overcoming the barriers of skills and resources.

and ownership of the changes, testing of the changes, embedding of changes and spreading of
changes can also contribute to implementation of the policyThrough such factors, they can

With the implication of the PDSA cycle (Plan-Do-Study-Act), the health care policy is facing
problems that can be solved by improving engagement, leadership, schedule and time
management, process, and cultural diversity between health care workers and patients. By
changing the developing plans, workers can engage and involve with health care policy. Also
perceptive and learning plans helps in reducing conflicts among the workers. Furthermore, and
determining what modifications ought to be created to take a look at health care policy. The
PDSA cycle will help the Healthcare workers to make improvements in patient care. This cycle
will help the hospitals to improve their healthcare policy services and insights about specific
stages of their work to enhance efficiencies. Moreover, improvements in healthcare workers will
provide surgical care to satisfy its patients. This cycle ensures that health care workers are
constantly working to become more effective and efficient in addressing their problems in health
care policy.

Providing proper education and awareness which inspires changes to improve and maintain
healthcare and safety to avoid unhealthy diseases. The government should provide
implementation to provide health education to develop a healthy lifestyle and increases
awareness about the importance of Due to covid-19, vaccine is one of the most important
effective tools to hinder the spread of diseases.
