INTRODUCTION
• Tourism is the most important and
fastest-growing industry in the country.
• It is a source of revenue and employment.
• Allows people to gain a better understanding
of a country's culture, civilisation, and
religious features.
• Management of tourism is very important to
prevent confusion among tourists.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

• Tourism Management System- A fast Console


based application.

OBJECTIVES
• Improve the efficiency of the Ticket Booking System.
• Maintain users database and their previous bookings
for further promotional and marketing use.
• Display of attractive tourist packages and places.
• The Objective of this project is to develop a system that
automates the process and activities a travel agency
and customer details. The purpose is to design a
system using which one can perform all operations
related to travelling .

BACKGROUND

• Nowadays there exist many online booking


systems, but user needs to have an online
internet connection and a online wallet.
• Also some agencies book tickets offline but
the softwares used are paid and cost hefty
amounts of money. Ours is a native software
with fast operation as it is based on console. It
is also easy to use since everything is pretty
much self explanatory.

• CONCLUSION
– This will helps tour manager to control and handle the tour
related activities effectively and efficiently. It is fast, easy
to use, free of cost portable and cross-platform ticket
booking system.

• FUTURE SCOPE
– In future the can be linked with a website and act as a
backend for an website.
– Would serve the purpose of online and offline ticket
booking and maintaining a centralized database.
