Dear all,

With reference to Qatar Construction specifications QCS, Qatar legislative documents and ASHGHAL
vision this guideline document is keen to support and assist PWA Engineers. This would improve the
efforts and measures to maintain high standards of HSE at construction projects in order to protect
people, assets and environment.
This guidance document contains the basic steps in order to handle and ensure that we comply as
client Engineers with the requirements of delivering safety assurance to our projects.
The guideline identifies 4 basic phases and defines the desirable process in each phase.
The attached guidance document scope is to improve coordination, communication and control within
the department, as this will benefit the safety standards.
