     Review Resources: the SOI model and the ‘Practical Tips…’ document. Read the
    suggested articles

     Reflect on the Learning. Think of a scenario in your life to practice the model and
    give feedback

     Review Task Instructions

     Prepare. Think through what you would like to say (write it down, if needed. Keep it
    ~1500 characters incl. spaces). Use a format that mirrors how the feedback giving
    would happen in real life:

     Greet the person, be positive and open

     Act from a place of care, without any judgement

     Start with positives, explaining your motivation

     Using the SOI model, give feedback

     Offer help

     Thank the person for listening

     Record or prepare a written document

     Submit your answer
