1. What is Business Ethics and Social Responsibilities?
- -Business ethics is the study of proper business rules and procedures
pertaining to potentially contentious issues such as corporate governance,
insider trading, bribery, discrimination, corporate social responsibility, and
fiduciary responsibilities. Business ethics is frequently guided by the law, but
it can also serve as a basic guideline that businesses might choose to follow in
order to earn public favor. Business ethics refers to the implementation of
appropriate business rules and procedures in the face of potentially
contentious issues. Social responsibility is a means of establishing long-term
sustainability. Adopting essential social responsibility principles such as
accountability and transparency can assist assure the long-term viability and
success of any company or system.

2. As a consumer how will you determine that a certain company has good social
responsibility practices? Cite few personal examples.
- As a consumer a certain company has good social responsibilities for having a
certain marketing which help its consumers also to understand its specific
impact to the customers as well. Example is the Cause-Related marketing of a
businesses engaged by donating some profits to the charity. It helps different
people while making their business grow.
- The company also ay show Foster Teamwork. Their people work as a team.
You can literally check or observe to the business or the stall, if they hire the
right person for the task, the strengths of the workers are valid, promotes
sharing and not greediness, and also work as one to set one goal.
- Eco Environment Friendly. The business should be practicing different skills
to promote cleanliness and the friendliness bond with business and nature. It
should be clean all the time and preserving the nature not by a total waste.
