1. At the commencement of the Tenancy, the Landlord shall at his own expense and cost,
provide the following keys or access cards to the Demised Premises to the Tenant:-

(a) 1 (one) main entrance key;

(b) 1 (one) foyer grill key;

(c) 1 (one) master bedroom key;

(e) 1 (one) letter box compartment key; and

(f) 1 (one) access card (S/N: 2780532851/M/00000813)
