EQUIPMENT
air fryer
pastry cutter

INGREDIENTS
8 ounces crescent roll sheets dough
4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 300 degrees F.
2. Unroll crescent dough onto a large cutting board into a flat rectangle.
3. Using a pizza cutter, cut the crescent dough in half the short way, and then into 1-inch strips.
4. Tie/fold each strip into a knot.
5. Place 5 to 6 knots (or more depending on your air fryer) at a time in the air fryer and cook for
5 minutes.
6. Remove the knots from the air fryer and place them on a cooling rack. Continue cooking until
all are cooked.
7. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
8. Brush the melted butter mixture onto the knots, then top with grated Parmesan cheese and
parsley. Serve warm.

DONNA'S NOTES
I use the Cosori 8.5 quart air fryer, so depending on your air fryer size you may be able to cook
more knots at a time.

These can also be baked in the oven at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
