General Objectives:

 To develop a web-based ordering system that will accommodate customer’s

orders for a faster and smoother transactions.
The proponents will develop a web-based ordering system for café du jour that can be able
to accommodate much customers and will able to have faster and smoother transaction with the
help of this web-based ordering system for café du jour. We also aim to develop a web-based
ordering system that will ensure the convenience of this ordering system to the users.

Specific Objectives
 To develop a web-based ordering system that has cloud data loss prevention
(CLDP).
The proponents will ensure that every data of café du jour was important external and
internal data’s that was risk in leakage and loss. To prevent this data loss, we will ensure and use
cloud data loss prevention (CLDP). Using a cloud data loss prevention will keep the café de jour
secures from data loss and other factors that can affect the web-based ordering system.

 To provide real-time data trackers, and have real-time data organizers.

The proponents will provide a web-based ordering system that will provide the café with a
more structured view of their data, such as sales reports, records, and other data that may be
relevant to the café. This will prevent data loss because the cloud can securely handle data and
backup automatically.

 To eliminate or reduce the use of paper.

The proponents will develop a web-based ordering system for Café Du Jour that can reduce
or eliminate their usage of the papers at the café. Nowadays, the traditional ordering system is
used. It can be a hassle for the staff and for the customers, That’s why by the help of this web-
based ordering system, we will ensure that it reduce the usage of the paper of the café.

 LOG-IN - the login button is a feature that allows users to access the system or dashboard
by logging in with their unique username and password.
 SIGN-UP - a sign up form is a feature that allows users to access the system by creating
their unique username and password.
 RESET PASSWORD - the reset button is a feature that allows users to reset their
password if they have forgotten it or are unable to access the system due to a lost or
forgotten password.

 ABOUT - A about button can be used to display a message or notification to welcome an

employee when they log into the system

 STORE POLICIES - This Store Policy Module can display the Store’s Policy of the Café
Du Jour
 ORDER NOW – an item category bar is a feature that allows users to browse and view
all the items that are available
 ADD TO CART - The system allows users to use Item Cart which views items that can
be added to the cart.
 CART - The system has an Add to Cart Button where the orders are placed for checkout.
 REMOVE QUANTITY – is a button which you can edit and remove place order product
 CONFIRM ORDER – to confirm what is in cart
 CASH ON DELIVERY - responsible for making the payment via cash on delivery
 GCASH PAYMENT - responsible for making the payment into contactless medium such
as Gcash

 DELIVERY - The system has delivery where items are described and represented as
order
 ACCEPT ORDER - System button represent that the product can be decline or accept
 SETTING - The system views the information of the Account by clicking the Account
Button.
 LOGOUT - The system allows the users to log out of their accounts to the page by
clicking the sign-out button.

Limitations

 Delivery - The delivery radius for café du jour products has a limit. Delivery can be in
the vicinity of cainta. Additional distances for the delivery of our products may incur a
fee.

 Payment Method – Cash and GCash were the only payment options available at the
time. Maya, Coins.ph, and other e wallets were not available as payment methods.
