Cooking time: 30 mins to 45 mins

PROCEDURE:
1. Prepare the vegetables by slicing the cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and onion

3. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

minutes.
5. Add the sliced cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper to the wok and continue to stir-

6. In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch until
smooth.
7. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and toss until the vegetables and meat are evenly
coated.

cooked to your desired level of doneness.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve hot over cooked rice.

 Small bowl and whisk - for mixing the chicken broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch
to make the sauce.
 Wooden spoon or spatula - for stirring and tossing the ingredients in the wok.
