From rags to riches, music has always been able to improve people’s situations in many ways.

Music has helped shape millions of people into who they are now whether it be from people

making their own music or people finding a deeper meaning in songs that are already out. In the

past 25 years, music has become more accessible. Music positively affects Children of Low

socioeconomic status for the better because it encourages and supports a healthier lifestyle.

To begin with, Music has become more accessible as time goes by. Back then, in order to listen

to music, you had to buy a whole other separate device, which children with a lower

socioeconomic status could not afford. Ever since music has become more accessible, the impact
