Instructions

1. Please revise the following list (click here), and identify your given group. After that,
schedule a meeting or space to discuss the Reading: chapter 1. International
Business and Globalization from the book “International Business: Environments &
Operations – Daniels et al. (2019), available in this link (click here) and the
information about the company “Café de los Arrieros” given in the conference.

2. Then, in a Power Point document, solve the following questions:

2.1 What is Globalization and how can it affect a company like “Café de los
Arrieros”?
2.2 What is International Business? How does it work in “Café de los Arrieros”?
2.3 Why should we study international business and contribute to a similar
company such as “Café de los Arrieros”?
2.4 What affects the economic activities between two countries and could possibly
boost or delay the international process of a coffee producer?
2.5 What are the differences between domestic and international business?
2.6 Why companies engage in International Business? Please explain the reasons
to go abroad according to the company “Café de los Arrieros”.
