OIL LEAKAGE ON SEAL FRONT CRANK SHAFT

What mechanic did?

● Reposisi unit to Safe area

● Remove old Pulley damper from unit
● Remove cover Timing Gear
● Replace ring oil Thrower
● Replace new Seal oil
● Replace new Gasket and Instal Timing gear Cover
● Install new puley damper and completed
● Performance test and reporting

Possible Cause?
● Nut lock Pulley Damper lossen while engine running and make Bushing and pulley moved out, so make the pulley's
rotation do not match with crank shaft. That condition make Pulley damper rotation is swaying round and collide with
pulley damper lock on crank shaft, also make the Ring Oil Thrower and Oil seal Damage. The damaged oil seal make
engine oil leak on it.
