We have been informed that REJIA ENGINEERING WORKs, HOIDING NO-10, AKHRA BAZAR, SADAR,
KISHOREGONj (hereinafter called "the Tenderer") antends to submit to you its Tender (hereinafter
called "the Tendei') for the execution of the Works of "Manufacturing & Supplying of Furniture at
Kadirpur S M Nath high school Austogram Kishoreganl." under the above lnvitation for Tenders
(hereinafter called "the lFT").

Furthermore, we understand that, according to your conditions, the Tenderer's Financial Capacity a.e.
Liqurd Asset must be substantiated by a Letter of Commitment of Bank's Undertaking for Line of
Credit.

At the request of and arrangement with, the Tenderer, we Jamuna Bank Limited, Kishoreganj Branch,
Kishoreganj do hereby agree and undertake that REJIA ENGINEERING WORKS, HOLDING NO-10,
AKHRA BAZAR, SADAR, KISHoREGoNJ will be provided by us with a revolving line of credit, in case
awarded the Contract, for execution of Work "Manufacturing & Supplying of Furniture at Kadirpur S
M Nath high school Austogram Kishoreganj" for an amount not less than BDT. 10,00,000/- ( Taka
Ten Lac ) for the sole purpose of the execution of the above Contract. Thas Revolving Line of Credit
will be maintained by us until issuance of "Acceptance Certificate" by the Procuring Entity.

ln witness whereof, authorised representative of the Bank has hereunto signed and sealed this Letter
of mitment.
