    The article “Waste Management in Green and Smart Cities: A Case Study of Russia” is
    supposed to assess waste control's features in city improvement and its fundamental
    components of improvement with smart and green technology in Russia. The study's
    query seeks to discover "What is the effectiveness of green technology in modern cities
    and waste control with its relation to the extent of citizen participation?".

    According to the World Health Organization, for one week at the start of 2017, Beijing's
