HEALTHY EATING

SUGAR UNHEALTHY
1
Eating too much sugar can be really
unhealthy and can contribute on eating too
many calories which can lead to weight gain.
Being overweight can lead to many health
problems like heart disease, some cancers or
type two diabetes.

2 THE FOOD INDUSTRY

The food industry should take
responsability for our eating because they
should consider the dietary reference
intake when developing new products.
They should also stop marketing unhealthy
food for children which might create an
addiction to sugar in a very early age.

THE GOVERNMENT
3
The governament should be concerned
about people's health, they should ensure
that all the food that they are consuming
is healthy and not really high in sugars,
which they don't.

YOURSELF
4 Even though most of the food that we can
buy has a lot of sugar it's our own choice
to choose what we buy. It's our
responsability to have healthy eating
habits and a good eating balance. We can
always try to buy the product with less
sugar to have a good diet.
