Adventour Travel is a travel agency where we will provide a full travel package to the customers.
However, Adventour Travel Agency will not do everything on our own. Adventour travel agency will only
acts as a travel agent who handle the booking of the accomodations, order foods, book activities and
hire a travel guide. The one who will provide and serve the accomodations, foods, activies and travel
guid are the third party that Adventour Travel makes a deal with.
Having said that, Adventour Travel is actually an intermediaries that connect the customers with the
third part. The “back stage” and “front stage” of Adventour Travel’s operations are futhuer describe in
the next section.

Based on the above diagram, customer will purchase the travel package from Adventour Travel. Then,
Adentour Travel will make a contract with the third party consists of the owner of the accommodation,
the activities organizer, the travel guid and also the catering to provide the necessities to the customer.
On the day of the travel, the customer will receive the servies from the third party which is also can be
considered as Adventour Travel’s business partner.

“Front Stage” Operation

The front stage operations is the operations of Adventour travel on the customer’s view.
Based on the above diagram, the customer will only interact with Adventour Travel for the purchase of
the travel package. In customer’s point of view, they will think that Adventour is the one who provides
them will all of those necessities. Customer will not know that Adventour Travel only acts as
intermediaries who arranges everthing according to the schedule but the one who provides and serves
the customer on the travel day is not Adventour but its business partner.

BUSINESS LOCATION

Adventour Travel will be based at Adventour cope outlets in IIUM. The address is LOT CX-E-1 & LOT CX-
E-2, Center Complex, International Earist Univeristy Philippines. 53121. All orders and booking can be
made at the outlet.

FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT

Adventour Travel will only needs mini vans for the transporation to the locations.
And the mini vans will be rented from the supplier.
