RESERVATION DEPARTMENT

Reservation Department has two sections. Domestic and international reservation


has made by using CRS system. The tickets are booked by the help of CRS. The ticket sari
booked by using CRS system. The CRS name is Galileo.
Green Mint Tours and Travels used this CRS and booked the domestic and
international tickets. This CRS makes the reservation job very easy.

The reservation executive applying code words and the computer displays all
information about ticketing models. A few numbers of international airlines come under
domestic easily.

 Two Type of ticket are used by this travel agency.

CONCLUSION

In this report, I have tried to study all functions of the TQ Fly Travels. It is divided into
five chapters which contains with detailed study of every department of the TQ fly Travels
and also observed the behaviours of foreign and north Indian customers in my training days,
I have observed the major departments such as Intercity VISA stamping & Medical Passport
Processing (New & Re-issue) Travel Insurance Bus Ticketing, Package Tour,
Documentation, etc.

Each and every staff of the TQ Fly Travels helped me to learn the daily activities of the
travel agency and also, I have improved my communicative skills, I have spoken with many
foreign tourists and also learned knowledge about tourism and travel management.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

1. The general structure of paper cup manufacturing is composed of three stages. They
are:
2. The First stage mainly finishes transmission of the paper cup's side wallpaper, shaping
side wall and transferring them to the second stage after shaped.
3. The Second stage transmission of the cup-bottom paper, shaping cup-bottom, joining
the shaped side wall and cup bottom, automatic transmission and discharging of the
shaped cup and curling the shaped cup's edge.
4. The third stage: mainly includes 45-degree angles separating, preheating, curling
bottom, curling rim and so on mechanisms, which are the important parts in finishing
paper cup.

HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

The company was founded in March 2005, initially distributing within the United Kingdom from the home
of managing director Mark Woodward. Despite the onset of the global recession in late 2007, the company
has sustained a fifty percent growth in trade year-on-year since its foundation, resulting in the creation of
its European sales office in Clitheroe nestling in the Ribble Valley and the twofold expansion of its sales
and marketing team.

Disposable paper cups have been printed and distributed by the Paper Cup Company for a large number of
purposes, including coffee to go, cold drinks, vending, sampling and retail, as well as for medical and
industrial uses.

The company has produced high volumes of paper cups for major British companies and organisations,
including the likes of Nestle, Robinsons, Land Rover, Butlins and Liverpool Football Club.

records for NAPS trainees which time taken for that manual work for 2-3 days

• Second , I suggest to do payroll for employees on advanced excel sheets.

CONCLUSION

The project describes the scope and viability of the agency business and mainly
how he faces challenges till now because globalisation and rapid technological developments.
The project determines his vision statement for next five years by the way of his analysis of
demand as well as competitors’ action which are the main reason behind it of still running his
agency. So, in all ways, we can conclude the project is technically and socially viable and
commercially too.
