MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

4th Year Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management- INTROCON CLASS of the

COLLEGE OF TOURISM & HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT, located at St. Columban Drive,
Aguada, Ozamiz City, represented by its Event Manager, MR. NINO CARMENCITO G.
PETALLO, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY.

and

MR. EUSEBIO ABELO CLOMA JR., the owner of SEBBY’S EVENTS the official stage
decorator for the Cruise Ship Expo 2022, of the BSTM- 4th YEAR INTROCON CLASS
hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

WITNESSED

WHEREAS, the representatives of both parties are duly authorized to enter into this
Memorandum of Agreement;

WHEREAS, the partnership between the INTROCON class and the stage decorator is essential
for the success of the Cruise Ship Expo 2022;

WHEREAS, La Salle University will have the Cruise Ship Expo 2022 , WHEREAS, SEBBY’S
EVENTS, will be the official stage decorator of Cruise Ship Expo 2022 on November 3-4, 2022;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual promises set forth herein, the
parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

TERM & CONDITION

For the FIRST PARTY:

1. That the FIRST PARTY will hire professionally the SECOND PARTY as the official
stage decorator of the BSTM 4 INTROCON for the Cruise Ship Expo 2022;
2. That the FIRST PARTY will not hire any stage decorator for the Cruise Ship Expo
2022 other than the SECOND PARTY;
3. That the FIRST PARTY will pay the professional fee, to the SECOND PARTY in the
following amount of PhP 3,000.00;
4. That the FIRST PARTY will be receiving the stage decoration all set on November 03,
2022 not later than 11:59 AM, half day before the Cruise Ship Expo 2022.

For the SECOND PARTY:

1. That the SECOND PARTY will be the official stage decorator for BSTM 4 INTROCON
for the Cruise Ship Expo 2022
2. That the SECOND PARTY is not allowed to accept any forms of stage decoration or
similar services on the same day of Cruise Ship Expo 2022 other than the FIRST
PARTY
3. That the SECOND PARTY will observe the following:
a) Timely schedule of doing the stage decoration
b) Exact number of decoration props/materials.
c) Inform the FIRST PARTY in case of any lapses regarding the stage decoration.
4. That the SECOND PARTY will receive the amount of PhP 3,000.00 on November 03,
2022.
5. The the SECOND PARTY will be doing the stage decoration all set on November 03,
2022 not later than 11:59 AM, half day before the Cruise Ship Expo 2022.

Termination of the Memorandum of Agreement

Grounds

Any time after the execution of this contract, this MOA may be terminated at the instance of
ANY OR BOTH PARTIES hereto or by reason of default described hereunder without
prejudice to any other rights or remedies it is entitled under this MOA and applicable law.

Procedure

Termination of this MOA shall be by service to the other party of a written notice of
termination, which shall take effect thirty (30) days after receipt of said written notice.

This agreement contains the complete understanding of both parties and may not be
amended, supplemented or varied except by an instrument in writing signed by both
Parties. The validity and effectivity of this agreement shall be governed by the Laws
of the Republic of the Philippines.

Both parties warrant that they have read and understood this agreement. In case of dispute,
the parties will try to settle it amicably before resorting to other legal remedies.

This agreement takes effect upon the signing of the officials concerned and be renewed for the
same period upon the mutual consent of the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands at 1st day of October 2022 at Ozamiz
City, Philippines.
