THIS CONTRCT OF EMPLOYMENT is made between MR BASIL WILLIAMS of THE
LEGAL AID BEREAU (here-in-after called ‘the Employer’) of the one part and MR JOHN BRIGHT of SMITH STREET GREATER GEORGETOWN (here-in-after called ‘the Employee’) of the other part. WHEREBY both Employer and the Employee agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
1. Employee’s Job Finance Officer.
Title: 2. Hours and days Monday to Friday’s of work: from8:00am to 4:30pm with one hour lunch. 3. Basic Salary: One hundred and fifty thousand dollars monthly. 4. Payment: Payment shall be made during the third week of the month to the bank account number submitted by the Employee.
5. Duration of One year.
Contract: 6. Attendance: The Employee is expected to be punctual and to sign the time of arrival and departure in the attendance register. The Employee shall notify his supervisor in advance of any lateness of absence. Should the Employee be absent more than three consecutive days he must submit a medical certificate. 7. Insurance: The Employer shall register the Employee with the National Insurance Scheme and make the legally required deductions from the Employee’s Salary. 8.
