USER’S MANUAL redats L-220F
The lift must be checked prior to every use. Also, it must undergo regular check-ups. A complete instruction
manual should be kept near the lift and be easily available for the user. The installation instructions provided
in this manual are just tips and suggestions. Always use professional equipment to work with the lift.
The warranty will no longer be valid if the Buyer does not follow its rules and tips regarding lift maintenance.
This particularly pertains to regular maintenance jobs.
1.2 Qualified staff
• The lift can be operated by qualified staff only.
• All the electrical connections should be done by certified electricians only.
• Non-qualified personnel should stay away from the lifting parts.
1.3 Safety remarks
• The lift must not be located on asphalt surfaces.
• Get to know all the safety remarks before you start working with the lift.
• The lift should not be used in the open air – without significant rearrangement of the structure.
• Keep your hands and feet away from the moving parts. Make sure to keep legs away from the moving
parts.
• The lift can be used by qualified staff only.
• Do not wear loose clothes – they could be caught by the moving parts of the lift.
• Keep the lift’s surroundings clean – to avoid danger.
• The lift has been designed to rise cars on their whole length. Make sure that the car’s weight does not
exceed the lift’s capacity.
• Make sure the safety locks are active, before you start working under the car.
• Check to be sure whether the lift’s arms touch the car’s jacking points. Also, be certain that the car
would not roll down or swing during lifting.
• Check all the moving parts regularly. The same pertains to the parts responsible for synchronization.
If you notice any abnormalities, contact the seller.
• When you’re done with the work, put the lift in the lowest position and plug it off.
• Do not modify any parts of the lift.
• If you’re planning to keep the lift not used, make sure to:
o plug it off
o drain out the oil
o lubricate the moving parts (hydraulic oil)

4.1 Remarks
• Check the oil hoses. Look for possible leaks – if there are any, do not turn the lift on.
• If the safety switch does not work, do not turn the lift on.
• Do not lift/lower the car, unless the center of gravity is located between the arms. We cannot be held
liable for any damage here, especially when caused by improper positioning of the car.
• Both the operator, as well as other staff should remain in the safety zone while rising/lowering the
vehicle.
