UNDERTAKING

COMES, now the accused, by himself, unto this Honorable Court, and respectfully
files this undertaking, stating:

1.) On 21 February 2023, me and my companions were arrested for the above offense
and are presently detained at the Los Baños Municipal Police Station Detention Facility
at Barangay Baybayin, Los Baños, Laguna;

2.) That the Honorable Court resolved that the bail bond for my provisional liberty is
fixed at six thousand pesos (₱6,000.00), and that I wish to post bail;

3.) I am executing this instrument so that I could post bail for the above amount, and
undertake to commit myself to appear before the Honorable Court whenever required all
throughout the proceedings of my case;

4.) I am fully aware that my failure to present myself or my non-appearance before the
Honorable Court without proper explanation would mean my re-arrest and confiscation
of my cash bond;
