UNDERTAKING

COMES, now the accused, by himself, unto this Honorable Court, and respectfully
files this undertaking, stating:

1.) On 02 December 2022, I was arrested for the above offense and is presently detained
at the Los Baños Municipal Police Station Detention Facility at Barangay Baybayin,
Los Baños, Laguna;

2.) That the Honorable Court resolved that the bail bond for my provisional liberty is
fixed at sixty thousand pesos (₱60,000.00), and that I wish to post bail;

3.) I am executing this instrument so that I could post bail for the above amount, and
undertake to commit myself to appear before the Honorable Court whenever required all
throughout the proceedings of my case;

4.) I am fully aware that my failure to present myself or my non-appearance before the
Honorable Court without proper explanation would mean my re-arrest and confiscation
of my cash bond;
